Localtone Radio (Justin and I) had the opportunity to join IP attorney Ernest Grumbles from BPG Radio along with Keefe Russell of the Capital Sons and Ted Lowell, co-owner of the Acadia Cafe over beers and microphones for the Rock n’ Roll IP Head Check podcast.

The discussion of intellectual property (IP) ranged from band and domain names, performing rights organizations, user-generated radio, and covers. If you’re and artist, in a band, know a band, or love music it’s a great idea to stay up on what’s yours and how to protect in the ever changing music world.
